Road Construction Update – St. Paul Donor Center Access

Beginning June 16, 2026, St. Paul Public Works has informed Memorial Blood Centers that Pelham Boulevard, located immediately east of the St. Paul Donor Center and providing access to the primary entrance, will be closed for construction.

The project will impact the entire Pelham Boulevard corridor, from Franklin Avenue to Mississippi RiverBoulevard, and is expected to continue for several months.

Accessing the St. Paul Donor Center

During construction, access to the Memorial Blood Centers parking lot will remain available via Cromwell Avenue by way of Wabash Avenue.

If you are traveling from Franklin or University Avenue:

  1. Turn onto N. Eustis Street (one-way southbound).
  2. Continue south to Wabash Avenue.
  3. Turn left (east) onto Wabash Avenue.
  4. Turn left (north) onto Cromwell Avenue.
  5. Continue approximately one block. Memorial Blood Centers will be on your right, and the parking lot entrance will be located on the south side of the building.
