If you are a new customer and would like to set up an account to order blood components or samples for research or education, please contact us by email.

If you would like to receive blood products prior to testing, please contact us by email. Positive (or reactive) test results for blood components will be reported to you in about 3 business days. Test results for samples will not be reported to you.
