Testing fee schedule
The following schedule reflects fees billed for services provided at designated Memorial Blood Centers sites only. Collections performed at other sites will carry additional collection fees and may result in higher charges than those listed here. Please note that in most cases, medical insurance does not cover testing costs. Contact your insurance carrier directly to verify coverage or if you have questions. We do not submit insurance claims.
Routine Trios (mother, child, and alleged father):
Buccal Swab Sample $495 ($165.00/person)
Family Studies (motherless, fatherless, grandparents, siblings, etc.):
Buccal Swab Sample $250/person
Special Testing:
Umbilical Cord Blood Sample $165 (requires sample from mother)
Amniotic Fluid Sample $165 (requires sample from mother)
Chorionic Villi Sample (CVS) $165 (requires sample from mother)
Products of Conception $340 (requires sample from mother)
Blood Sample, Deceased Person $165 (if part of Routine Trio)
Blood Sample, Deceased Person $250 (if part of Family Study)
Tissue Sample, Deceased Person $340
Twin Testing $165/person

Expediting Test Results (5 bus. days) $50/person
Immigration Shipping Fees (Int'l) $150
Expert Witness:
Court Testimony $250/hour plus expenses
