Congratulations to Memorial Blood Centers' Battle of the Badges Winners

November 16, 2015

(St. Paul, MN) – More than 400 people rolled up their sleeves to donate blood in support of their local police and fire departments. During the month of August, teams of first responders helped raise awareness of the importance of blood donation by participating in the tenth annual Battle of the Badges competition.

For the second year in a row, Rogers Police and Fire Departments earned top honors during the friendly life-saving competition with 74 registered blood donors.

On Tuesday, November 10, Memorial Blood Centers will present the Rogers Police and Fire Departments with the 2015 Battle of the Badges award. Please join us for the presentation at 7:00 PM at the Rogers City Council meeting (Rogers City Hall, 22350 South Diamond Lake Rd, Rogers, MN 55374).
